Terms and Conditions of 3ss55 – Platform Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between 3ss55 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and the user who accesses and uses the services available at https://3ss55.best, including Sports Betting, live casino, online games, and all associated features.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, the user expressly declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and all other guidelines of the 3ss55, which form an integral part of this document.

Eligibility & Registration

User Account

The account is linked to the CPF provided at registration. Ownership cannot be transferred to another person. Balances, bonuses, and betting history are personal and non-transferable.

Deposits and Payments

The 3ss55 accepts the following deposit payment methods, all operated exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL):

The 3ss55 processes withdrawals via Pix to bank accounts held exclusively in the registered user's name — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions. TED transfers to major banks are also accepted. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

In cases of suspected fraud, terms violation, or an ongoing investigation, 3ss55 may temporarily hold withdrawals pending the completion of the review. The user will be notified and given the opportunity to submit additional documentation if required.

Bonuses & Promotions

The 3ss55 periodically offers bonuses and promotions for new users and the active bettor base. Each offer has specific terms that supplement this document and should be read before activating the bonus.

The welcome bonus from 3ss55 is 100% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00, with a minimum qualifying deposit of R$ 30.00. The following conditions apply:

• The bonus becomes available in the account after the qualifying deposit is made via Pix or another accepted payment method;
• The rollover requirement must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward meeting the rollover requirement;

Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on 3ss55 follow the general rules below, applicable to all sports categories available on the platform, including football (Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball, basketball, MMA, UFC, and e-sports:

• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be changed or cancelled by the user, except through the cash out feature when available;
• The odds in effect at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds used to calculate the payout;
• Obvious typographical errors in odds (odds clearly out of line with the market) may be corrected by the platform, with bets cancelled and stakes refunded;
• Cancelled matches or matches not played within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time result in a full refund of all bets placed;
• Parlay bets that include a cancelled event are recalculated without that event, with the total odds adjusted proportionally;
• The 3ss55 reserves the right to suspend markets or limit bets in situations where result manipulation is suspected.

Cash out — a feature that lets you settle your bet before the final result — is available on selected matches, and the value offered is calculated based on real-time odds at the moment of the request. Cash out is not available for all bets and may be suspended at certain points during a game at the platform's discretion.

Casino & Online Games

Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team at 3ss55. The available balance (excluding unreleased bonuses) will be refunded via Pix after the verification process is complete.

The 3ss55 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents;
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or system manipulation;

• Account use by individuals under 18 years of age.

Limitation of Liability

Should the dispute remain unresolved, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any conflicts arising from this agreement, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
